There were no keys, the building, the apartment and the parking was all accessed by codes. The location was amazing, near Jaffa Road, 12 min. walk to the Old City. Jerusalem is a very expensive place to sleep. The USD $108 per day was a great value. The heater HVAC splits worked well, the room had a mini fridge and a cooking burner, there was a washer and dryer available to us. Very great operation and highly recommended

Everything was fine. It was simple and uncomplicated. No deficiencies.

This was the best stay i could ever ask for. The place was clean, the location was PERFECT, so close to the kotel and Ben yehuda street. Loved to walk all day around the block. So many stores and food places. Would've stayed there for weeks.

Tha bathroom is a little tight, but is nothing isrentals can change. The sofa bed is not the best.

Im impressed that the unit is clean to my standard as compared to the previous unit we stayed. ( shout out to the cleaner, you are doing a very good job). The air conditioning is working great and unit has more light and you can get sunlight in the room which I like. The location is great walking distance to Ben Yehuda ,Jaffa , old city , shuok , the staff is very accommodating and even she even accompanied us to the apartment to show how to open the door using the code - we tried the first time but can’t get through so we went back to the office which is located close by and staff is very helpful.

The washing machine takes too long to complete washing cycle.

The most pleasant aspect of this apartment is its location. We were right in the city centre, with very easy access to the main shopping streets. In that respect, it was really enjoyable. In addition, the availability of a parking space is a real advantage, as it is very difficult to find parking in the area.

Renting this apartment turned into a real administrative nightmare. I received more than twenty emails dealing solely with administrative issues, and I was even asked to provide a copy of my passport. Frankly, one would have to be crazy to send a passport copy to an organisation you do not know, given the very real risks of identity theft. I had to register, complete multiple check-in steps, and download an application that was supposed to allow access to the parking garage but never worked. At the very last minute, we had to make phone calls, wait until the final moment, and contact the rental agency just to finally obtain an access code to enter the building. It was extremely complicated. It is not that the staff were unhelpful, but the check-in process itself is a nightmare. It felt like something out of a Soviet-era bureaucracy. The level of complexity completely ruined our stay.

Die Lage und die größe des Apartments.

Es gab immer wieder Probleme mit dem parken, das wurde erst am allerletzten Tag behoben. Das hat uns sehr viel Nerven gekostet. Das Bad war sehr klein. Das konnte man leider nicht auf den Bildern erkennen.
