Havatselet 19 By Isrentals

We were happy with our stay at Havatselet 19 By Isrentals. The location is excellent—very close to the Old City of Jerusalem, which made getting around easy. The host was helpful, welcoming, and responsive. The apartments were well equipped; A big plus is the secured underground parking, which is very convenient in this area. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, well-located stay in Jerusalem.

Cleanliness could be a touch better, yet overall the experience was positive. In three of our apartaments the bathrooms were on the smaller side, but we managed just fine.

אני ממש מצטער אבל התנהגות הייתה זוועת אנוש אגיד לכם ותשפטו בעצמכם הגענו למקום אני ועוד כמה חברים לא אשקר דירה נחמדה אבל לצערי מצאתי שערות של כלב על הספות ועל הכיסאות בנוסף שערות רגילות על המיטה זה מעצבן אבל יותר גרוע מגרדדד זה פשוט חוצפה ושאני פונה אליהם דרך בוקינג לאיזה החזר משהו אבל מצידי פיצוי קטן אין בנמצא לא שווה שכך עובדים עליך ולא מתחייסים אליך 😰😰😰

Ruim appartement voor 2 personen. Centrale ligging; vlak bij busstroopp diverse stadsbuslijnen en lightrail. Rustige omgeving. Lift aanwezig. Behulpzame host, gemakkelijk te benaderen, vlotte reactie. Prachtig dakterras. Rustige buren. Goed sanitair.

Keukenbenodigheden (snijplank/schalen/pannen/glaswerk) minimaal aanwezig. Emmer/dweil/schoonmaakdoekjes om tijdens verblijf appartement tussendoor even te kunnen schoonmaken minimaal aanwezig. Had wat uitgebreider gekund, maar heeft het plezier tijdens ons verblijf niet verminderd. Kunnen roeien met de riemen die we hadden dankzij behulpzame buren.

Het ruime appartement, de centrale ligging dichtbij openbaar vervoer en de aanwezigheid van een lift.

De dekbedden bleken behoorlijk vies te zijn, dit zagen we pas bij ons vertrek, toen we het bed afhaalden.

The accommodation is in a very good location, close to the Old City, near to Jaffa street. Washing machine and dryer available. Dear owner, quick communication, response to questions. Clean towels and bed linen. There was a coffee maker, a few coffee capsules, instant coffee, tea, sugar. I didn't have a car, but there is a free parking available in the courtyard.

There was a constant unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The view from the small balcony onto the courtyard was spoiled by the large amount of rubbish in the courtyard. There is no dishwasher or drying area in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils (eg.kettle has a lot of limescale) were dirty. There could be more dishes and smaller pans. The price was high because of the holiday, but that's why I thought the value for money wasn't right...

The location is fantastic.

We were in apartment 2. The bed was super hard. I like a hard mattress but this was like a rock. The floors were dirty- especially by the kitchen. The clock should have a battery. There was a glitch with parking and check in but the owners resolved it.

הדירה חמודה מצויידת בכל מה שצריך. היתה חניה שזה פלוס גדול והתיקשורת עם בעלי הדירה היו מצויינים. המיקום מושלם קרוב להכל.

היה ריח של טחב בחדר הרחצה והמקלחון קטן מאד. גם המים החמים לא עבדו בדירה 1

המיקום מצוין. נוח שיש חניה קרובה ובחינם

היה קושי לדבר ולברר פרטים לפני ההגעה. רק אפשרות להשאיר הודעה ולא תמיד חזרו אלינו. חסר מגבות בשהות של 6 ימים צריך לפחות 2 סטים

Perfecta ubicación, cerca de la calle Jaffa y de la calle Ben Yehuda, alrededor hay muchos comercios y restaurantes, el ambiente el viernes y domingo en la Noche es muy animado. Caminando 10 minutos de la old city. Y la estación del tranvía está muy cerca Excelente relación calidad precio. Lo recomiendo. Jacob todo el tiempo está muy atento y disponible y la comunicación con el fue perfecta.

Hubo una confusión con la información del número del apartamento que nos correspondía, pero con un poco de inteligencia lo solucionamos y Jacob estuvo pendiente.
