We love the location!! It is near everything. Its my first time going there and we are not that LOST. We also love the host - first time to have a host like her. She was so nice!

We were not told that the pool wasn't available every Monday which was our last day and we got ready to swim just to be told by the guard that the pool is not available.

Place

The security does not welcome the guest. Hotel communication needs to improve. I am the one who pays for the room and does not allow me to enter and ask so many questions and so many things, the end still not allowing me to enter. I called the manager, and even the hotel manager itself can not help. Not recommend people to stay

"Filth, ants and bedbugs"

Läget är utmärkt,nära till restauranger och centrum bara 10 minuter bort med pedicab.

The apartment has a bare minimum of furniture, there is no table where you can have breakfast and no chairs. There is a small sofa for two. In the bathroom there are no shelves to store shampoo or toothpaste, everything has to balance on the sink. And there is no toilet brush, so if you want the toilet to stay clean you need to be creative. There is no local caretaker that can change bed sheets and towels. But there are ants, plenty of ants everywhere. The double beds are very narrow, they do not fit a 6 foot male + wife. But there are bed bugs, our daughter was bitten rather badly. So why didn't I contact the owner? Well I did, every single day and every single day I got a lot of lies and excuses back. Did I mention that there are ants? Everywhere.

"5-star accommodation in Dumaguete"

The host was very responsive. The place was very clean and everything you might need was readily available. The location is near the Boulevard so transportation is not a problem. Overall id give this place a 5-star rating and will highly recommend to friends and families who are planning to go to Dumaguete.

Suggestion only: add a dining table, though the space is limited..
