Clearing was very bad, the photos was not from the apartment we got. Dyrty bed, no returent wich it said ther was. Windows looked in to a wall not what was deskribed

My sister and her family stayed for 3 nights and this is their review : This is an OUTSTANDING place to stay in Dumaguete, especially if you are on vacation with your family. The unit is squeaky clean and has a fantastic view. Guests also get free access to the swimming pool, gym, and billiard hall. Internet and WiFi connections are superb ---lightning fast. The owner goes out of her way to accommodate and make sure guests' needs are met. The location is highly accessible and is just a few minutes' ride from most tourist and shopping spots in the City. near the boulevard

aircon is noisy, can’t sleep at night because of the noise coming from Lantaw. They did not change the towels which we used for one week. Bed is not comfortable

Great location. Nice and clean. Good facilities and nice view. Good quick communication.

Near restaurants and host was really nice. Fast Internet as well. There's also an extension cord!

No hair blower. No staff to clean or refill toiletries (if you will stay more than two nights) - tho probably my fault for not asking.
