B2B Condo, MARINA SPATIAL - Dumaguete

Very loud music could be heard EVERY night from a Cafe located directly opposite the bedroom window of B2B. Disco style music mostly started at 6pm and played non stop till after midnight. At weekends the full volume blast continued to 1am.

it’s close to everything, clean and the host is very responsive and easy to talk to.

there’s no working power outlets in the bedroom

The coolness was good. Bed was hard foam but good for me. Fridge was good. Micro wave good. Fan working. TV ok.

None working hot coffee kettle. Pots and pans very old. Worn out throw rugs that were dingy and old. Soaps poor quality. Sofa worn out and uncomfortable. Room not cleaned properly..bathroom not cleaned. Towels very old and dingy. No wash cloth. Toilet bowl stained. Under sink cabinets full of junk. No toilet plunger..Furnitures old. Decor is multi colors and loud ! Not recommended to anyone. No hair dryer. Not recommended.😖😖

Has super fast wifi and a smart TV with free Netflix. Everything you would expect for a vacation kitchen, no frills but was able to cook anything I wanted to. There are restaurants across the street. Reasonable pricing, great food. Live music at night, that you can hear in your room, but not in the living room when watching TV.

Minor, but there were only two towels, and since it's a condo, no front desk to call. I would recommend bringing extra towels, especially if you plan to swim or use the fitness center.

It is very accessible with almost of the food and shopping spots
