JOIVY Stylish 3 bed, 3 bath flat with Balcony in Old Town

We had a great experience staying at this apartment. It’s very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Having three bathrooms was especially convenient for our group. The location is excellent—just off the Royal Mile, so it’s easy to explore the city on foot. The key pick-up is at a different location, but it’s right on the way to the apartment, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Unfortunately, the lift wasn’t working during our stay, and the apartment is on the 4th floor.

On the address of another site to take the key. Difficulty in reaching the apartment. Apartment number 14-14 is on the fifth floor, and it is difficult to go up and off from it because of the outing of the Al-Asansir. I contacted them to change the housing, they imposed on the pretem of lack of availability. I asked them to leave early and refund the rest of the amounts for the remaining days, they refused. They refused to extend the late final exit to 11 am

The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, the washing machine wasn't working and was poorly repaired (because I insisted) the day before we left the apartment. We stayed for three nights. At the time of booking, we (five adults and a one-year-old baby) were given a room on the fifth floor, up the stairs, as the elevator wasn't working. It's a shame they didn't take this into account.

The location and the view were nice. It was easy to get to shopping and tourist sights.

Did not feel the lift situation (broken) was disclosed and that meant five flights up and down each time we went to the apartment. There was also construction going on out of one of the two sides with views. Rooms are small and it was not a great value by any means for the amount of space.

What an incredible place this is. I wish we had more time visiting to stay here longer. The facilities were great and all instructions were thorough. A bathroom per room was really nice as well. The one downside is that it seemed like the elevator wasn't working(at least we couldn't figure it out), and it's located on the 5th floor. Also another set of keys would have been useful for if our group wanted to separate. Even with that, we absolutely loved the stay and would absolutely stay again. Cheers

The close access to the main areas of Edinburgh, Amenities, car park, quiet, clean, cosy and secure.

The only thing that we found difficult on occasion was there was only one key for the entrance to the property and apartment, so if we wanted to have a seperate day where we want to go do our own thing etc we couldn't come and go as we please, we had to find each other for the key etc. But other than that absolutely perfect, we loved staying there.

The property was very clean, well appointed with a well equipped kitchen with a small snack package. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. A great location in the heart of the city and able to get almost anywhere walking.

We did have some problems with the large living room tv not working for 2 days. The hot water also went out twice. But I will say that the owners were very attentive and had the problems corrected the next day and asked permission to enter when we were not there. As every home owner knows, these things happen.
