Wonderful view, beautiful kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, really everything was just fabulous. The two-story window in the main room is stunning. Plus, the sun rises in that window. The whole apartment is like something from a movie. The neighborhood, just off the Royal Mile, was ideal, and very atmospheric. I didn't want to leave.

The heat and hot water went off one evening, and resetting the hot water heater was not straightforward. My brother-in-law is very handy, and he managed it. I'm not sure that I would have been successful.

The location was perfect. About 200 metres from the bottom of the Royal Mile. Waking distance to everything! It was spotlessly clean and fresh. Beautifully decorated. Welcome pack was perfect… tea, coffee, milk, cookies….great idea! All mod cons and plentiful supply of necessary items (toilet roll, tea towels etc) We loved it

Small issue with heating but called our contact and it was fixed immediately. Other than that absolutely no issue at all!

More than one set of keys being available. The Breakfast pack, beer and whiskey that we ordered extra was not there when we arrived and NEVER arrived during our 4 day stay despite being told it would

"it was great. the lift situation would be a deal breaker for older guests"

it was centrally located and just the right size for our group

the lift doesn’t work so we had to haul our luggage and ourselves up and down four flights of stairs multiple times a day

The kitchen is very good and equipment is complete.

Appartment is at 4th floor, the lift is out of order for months. We needed to walk for four floors with luggage, it's hard.

Location and accommodations

Apartment was on 5th floor and the elevator did not work...therefore, we were in a 5th floor WALK-UP and had to carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs!!!
