Spacious flat. I travelled with my son and we had a room each and some space to chill out in. Having a full flat meant we were more self sufficient than staying at a hotel

There were significant issues with parking. The car park is owned by a separate company who patrol the spaces and will fine you unless you display a pass. In the time it took me to get into the flat, get the pass and get back down to the car to display it, my car had been photographed and a charge issued - all without me knowing and within a matter of a couple of minutes! I only found out when I received a charge through the post a week later. I have successfully challenged this, but it took a lot of time and effort. The property owner was powerless to help too. This issue left me upset after what had been a lovely stay.

Rooms were clean and fully furnished. Good size kitchen. Bathroom was spacious and well maintained. Overall a perfect apartment for a weekend break away!

The window coverings in the bedrooms were translucent white vertical blinds. Even at night the rooms were quite bright due to street lighting. From well before sunrise to well after sunset the rooms were too bright for sleep - a nightmare with children. We were there mid-August: I dread to think what it would have been like in late June/early July.

Location was great and easy access to main motorways
