Sunny location and comfortable beds.

Lack of communication with the owner as we had a problem,as the fridge was not working and the ice compartment had defrosted.So we had to clean up the water from this.Wall splattered with gunge,lack of utensils in kitchen.WiFi was not good,seal on the oven was hanging below the oven door,so did not heat up right.

Really good location, surrounded by silent neighbors in a small, safe gated community

The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped

It had everything we needed for our stay. This is my second stay here, and there are no complaints. Good location.

Nice roomy apartment, tidy & clean decor. Secure location, close to shops & food stores. Bus stops just outside on main Rd.

No coffee, sugar or milk for a nice cuppa on arriving. For the price I paid, (double what I usually do) I expected to be able to make a cup of tea, when we got there.Cheaper places provide all of these things. Handle on toilet missing 2 screws, living room door won't close. Door shelf on fridge was broken. I have suggested this before to this accommodation, but washing machines would be fabulous for those of us who stay a few nights & a freezer too.

The location was ok but it took a while to find the right gate to use the codes provided. You need to use the vehicle gate. Most things were there and there was some supplies.

Better instructions of how to get in. Better curtains required to block light out for sleep. More equipment to enable us to do dishes, ie, a plug and some way of cleaning dishes.

Great location for us - near to Sefton Park. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great to have secure parking.
