Liverpool 2 Bedroom Apartment

The apartment was lovely, fully equipped, highly decorated, and the closed parking was a bonus. The owner was very helpful and provided all information regarding codes, parking, and WiFi early. We didn't cook during our stay, as we came up from Warwickshire for comic con. We found a fantastic take away called Chucky's. The rooms were spacious, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The only quibble I had, and why I couldn't give it a 10/10 rating, was that the double bed in the main room was too hard. My bad back could not cope with it, and I struggle to sleep on single beds, so I slept on the settee. My husband found the double bed too hard but managed to sleep on it. All in all, it didn't ruin our stay, but it wasn't ideal as we had to sleep separately. Some people may prefer hard beds, but if you don't, you may find it too uncomfortable.

Location with its own parking place. Was great to stay in with a flexible time to check in .

Location perfectly safe easy bus ride into Liverpool and to the Albert Docks. Local shops icelands and Lidl just a cross the road, Very clean and fluffy towels Comfortable beds and living area

The location of this accommodation is perfect for visiting Liverpool, only a ten minute walk to a train station, a train approx every 10 minutes, then 15 minutes into Liverpool, really good. Safe and Secure parking. Good value for money.

The property had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, an opened bottle of milk left in the fridge for starters but many other things also not up to standard. The owner did her best to rectify the cleanliness problem which is to their credit. There was no mirror in the bathroom as the doors on the cabinet were missing. The wi-fi did not work, the best connection we achieved was 5 minutes before the link went down. Most of the time we just about got a link then it crashed again. We found so many small problems over the first 24hours in the flat that although it was a perfect location there were too many little things wrong for us to look at a return stay until it has been sorted out.

Great property. Easy instructions to access the property. Car parking safe and secure.

Only downside was parking for only one car. We travelled as two couples and needed a further space which we had to find on the street outside.

Some of the facilities are not the best, the oven doesn't work properly and the hobs take ages to heat up. The tv seems to constantly freeze as if there's not good signal

I liked the security

On the surface it seems ok but It needed a good clean, there was what looked like makeup stains on the bedding, the walls in the shower was dirty, the bath was stained from a bath mat, the seal on the oven was broken, the microwave had dried food stuck to the top inside, the door handle to the bathroom was loose and half of the screws was missing
