"Ok place near sefton park"

Good location. Plenty of space. Large TV. Parking at front. Nice quiet street. Staff responsive

It's a bit tired. Needs a refurbish, especially bathroom. Shared areas feel a bit studenty. Double beds are very small. It wasn't super clean on arrival. Hard to find the lockbox for flat 4 on arrival (it's hidden to the right of mailboxes).

"Nice flat but beds too small…."

Great flat - nice and clean in lovely location easy walk from the brilliant Sefton park.

Sadly the beds were a disaster for us. Too narrow and too short. Such a shame as the bedroom was easily big enough to take wider.
