Location was excellent for us- car parking space was a bonus. Comfortable bed. Well equipped flat. Excellent file about the flat and surrounding area. Lots of hot water

The heating didn’t work- we did inform our contact about this but it wasn’t resolved

What a beautiful apartment and excellent customer service!! We had no complaints at all, it was like going from home to home. The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was beautiful. The ambience of lighting was perfect. Parking facilities were great and secure. The location was perfect to all amenities needed. The host was contactable and very accommodating. The little touches of snacks and drinks available were welcome by the children. I highly recommend this accommodation.

"Comfortable and great location."

Property was comfortable and in a great location. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than 15 mins away!

Balcony was more of a window , couldn’t get it to open fully as there was locks in place.

"perfect weekend with friends"

The flat was the perfect size and just outside of the main city centre. We could access easily areas you might miss if you stay in town like Lark Lane and Sefton Park
