Cosy Studio in Merseyside in Great Location

The kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine.

There was black mould in the shower, the bed is old and well used to the point where it has no springs, one window could not be opened, there was nowhere to hang the towels and the hanger for the wet clothes was very small and broken.

Nice and cosy . Good powerful shower .

No WiFi for two days , even after making many phone calls and e mails it was not resolved . Bed mattress is not comfortable as springs dig in body . Dirty behind furnitures and beside shower basin was moldy and dirty

The location was near the city center. But it was directly at a street.

There was no name or sign at the house that this were the Cosy Studios. That was really bad. We had to call to get to.know where it is located. Not even the person that worked in the shop in the same building could help us. That must be changed soon!!!! The Appartement was not really clean. The bed needs a new mattress.

Was convenient and close to everything. Shower pressure was high & it warmed up quickly. Staff I emailed and messaged were helpful.

Very draughty. Internet/wifi was pretty poor connection wise. Had 1 loo roll between 2 of us, no tea towel or kitchen roll for drying after washing up. No staff on site - had a power trip on Saturday night that we had to sort ourselves. Luckily we knew how to.
