"Very good"

Great location 10 minute walk into city centre. Good, clean, modern, facilities. Convenience store open late next door. Helpful staff.

The mattress wasn't the best. Well equipped kitchen except no wooden spoons or bread knife.

"Terrible, poorly managed, dirty, ripped off"

Hosts sent us broken links to pay security deposit then were late checking us in. Mould and smoke damage in the bathroom. Bathroom stank of cigarette smoke. No extractor fan in bathroom made this worse. Silver fish in bathroom. Mouldy bedsheets in the cupboard. Dirty bedding on beds. Dirty stained towels. Front door to the building, which was student accommodation, didn’t lock so was open to anyone. Toilet stopped working for half a day. On the last day we had no hot water. Property was dirty throughout
