Stunning City Centre Apartment, Benson Street, Liverpool 1

so close to everything so no need for taxis and drills. quiet area

Location

We had to pick up and drop off key at nearby railway station. There was no clothes dryer. There was a foul stench coming from the dishwasher as it had stagnant mouldy water in the bottom. The oven tray was dirty. The bed was almost at floor level and the extra bed had bars sticking through the mattress so we had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. The bathroom was mouldy and smelly. Booking.com should have the word stunning in the description of this flat removed.

The property was clean & tidy. The location was perfect - 2 minute walk from city centre. The host, Julie couldn’t have done more for us. She was very professional and accommodating with early check in/ late check out & provided us with details on local shops. Would definitely recommend.

Although it was not a big issue, It would have been handier if there was more than one key as there was 3 of us staying.

Unbelievable location. Couldn’t be better! Julie rang before we got there to give the info of how to get the keys & this was super easy & told us everything we needed to know. Sofa bed was easily put up and down. Cute wee balcony to let air into the area also. everything you could possibly need. Also - an absolute bonus was that we didn’t have to check out until later on in the Sunday & our flight ended up delayed so meant we could stay there instead of hanging about the airport or a bar or something. Massively appreciated! Would stay here again in a heartbeat & totally recommend! thank you!

Location was great, close to all amenities including the railway station, a supermarket and places to eat. Easy to explore the city on foot from there. The flat was clean, modern and spacious. Would go back if we ever return to Liverpool. The host was attentive and accommodating. Thank you .
