Location Everything was so clean Perfect size Well equipped Julie was really nice and helpful

The room was clean. It has enough kitchen utensils and crockery for a family of 4. Walkable distance to Liverpool Lime Street Station.

This room was recommended for 4 people, as per booking.com. However, there was no sofa bed and the foldable spring bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress which only accommodates to 1 person instead of 2. The property is located on the top of a steep slope, therefore it is not recommended for people with big luggages.

The host was lovely she gave me a call the day before which I thought was a nice touch. The location of the apartment was brilliant and there was everything we needed at the apartment. Beds definitely need upgrading. We would come back if this was done

The beds are not comfortable at all. The bed in the bedroom is basically on the floor which is hard to get in and out of. The pull out bad was absolutely terrible. Very thin mattress in which you could feel the bars underneath. My sister didn't end up staying with us the second night.

The location was perfect, the layout was perfect and literally had everything you needed which was so helpful I’d 100% book this again and Julie the host was amazing from start to finish

The location is superb. The property owner was very helpful before our stay and with early and late checkin/out.

Small things really but there are a few and I don’t feel it’s “stunning” as it’s made out to be. Photos are not recent. 1 - Smoke detectors disconnected this surely is surely against the law? 2 - Our party was of 4 people. The spare pull out bed is awful and we had a better night sleep on the floor than using that. The bed in the actual bedroom is virtually on the floor. 3 - Property is very hot and could do with some fans. 4 - I didn’t like the fact I had to travel to go pick up and drop off the keys for the property at the local train station…small but felt this is unexpected and unnecessary.

The smoke detectors appear to have been disconnected and unable to open the bedroom window, which also had a plastic film across it so unable to see out.

No toilet paper on arrival so had to buy our own. Put up bed was very very uncomfortable.

the apartment itself and the location is perfect! washing machine, dishwasher, cute balcony. clean and spacious.

The bed wasn’t the best at all really. extremely low and gave us a sore back. the apartment is extremely hot coz of the weather (no one’s fault) we wish we could’ve had the bedroom window unlocked as was quite unbearable without a fan or some air in the room.
