"Très bonne expérience à la Spézia"

Appartement lumineux, propre et très bien placé.

Un peu de bruit le matin en raison du supermarché situé dans la rue mais rien de rédibitoire.

"Muy buena ubicación y atención del anfitrión"

Todo, aunque es mas cómodo para 2 personas. Valoramos mucho, la ubicación, la atención recibida y que tenga lavarropas. Además cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para el desayuno. El baño impecable.

La ventana de la cocina esta en altura.

"Séjour paradisiaque aux Cinque-Terre"

Appartement hyper comfortable et bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. À distance de marche de la gare ( où il est hyper facile de se rendre dans les villages des Cinq-Terre) et tout près des restos et marchés . J’ai particulièrement aimé le petit coin café organisé par les propriétaires dans l’appartement .

"Un excellent choix à La Spezia"

Excellente situation prés de la gare pour visiter les 5 terres. Appartement très confortable, bien équipé, calme, décoration soignée, propreté nickel. Leonardo est très réactif et serviable par Whattsapp et donne tous les conseils pratiques et utiles. Accès facile et autonome avec boite à clé. Rien à redire je recommande.

Rien tout est parfait emplacement près des commerces et des restaurants aux alentours.

"Great jump off point for Cinque Terre..."

We had a great stay in La Spezia. Leo's House had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great for the day that it got a little hot. There were plenty of plates and such for eating at the apartment and the coffee that came with the machine was good(which was a nice little bonus). There was even laundry detergent! The location really could not be any better. The train station was about a five minute walk which makes visiting Cinque Terre very easy, and there is a great gelato place right around the corner. We really appreciated the host's quick replies when we couldn't find something.

No complaints here. There is not an elevator (unless we somehow missed it). But the apartment is on the 2nd floor so it's no big deal.
