"Relax a La Spezia."

Appartamento spazioso, in posizione centralissima a La Spezia, molto comodo per visitare a piedi la città, con ristoranti e supermercati a pochi metri. I parcheggi sono abbastanza vicini e non tutti a pagamento. L'appartamento è silenzioso, abbastanza nuovo e fornito di tutto il necessario per una permanenza piacevole e confortevole. Il proprietario è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, fornendoci tutte le informazioni di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. Lo consiglio.

Manca un portasciugamani in bagno, inoltre delle tende un pochino più lunghe e coprenti in camera da letto sarebbero state gradite dato che non ci sono persiane.

"Très sympa pour explorer les 5 Terres"

Joli appartement spacieux, propre, et calme, décoré avec goût. Bien situé en plein centre, à 5 minutes de la gare, et juste à côté des commerces. Cuisine bien équipée. Hôte très gentil, réactif, qui donne de bonnes explications et des infos pour le tourisme.

Besoin de rideaux plus épais pour bien dormir.

La ubicación es excelente. A cinco cuadras de la estación de la Spezia Centrale, la misma en la que se toma el tren para ir a los pueblos de Cinque Terre. El check-in se hace súper fácil. El departamento es amplio, limpio, luminoso, bien calefaccionado. Con balcón a una calle a concurrida y tranquila al mismo tiempo. Podés ir caminando hasta el puerto, recorrer el Castelo San Giorgio, subir el ascensor y subir a las terrazas que tienen vista al golfo, al estadio de La Spezia. Repleto de bares, cafés, súper hay uno al lado y varios más. Está equipado con varios utensilios, tienen cafetera, microondas, anafe, horno, tostadora, pava eléctrica. Entre otros. Lavarropas, tender. Camas muy cómodas, bien las almohadas y las sábanas. Baño cómodo, ducha muy buena. Internet muy bien. Siempre atentos a cualquier consulta. Lo recomendamos.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko dworca i przy głównym deptaku. W okolicy restauracje z doskonałą pizzą. Przy wejściu do budynku supermarket. W mieszkaniu jest klimatyzacja więc można się dogrzać i ochłodzić w zależności od pory roku.

"Great value and excellent location for visiting Cinque Terre."

Close proximity to the train station for day trips to Cinque Terre. There is a grocery store right next to the apartment. Excellent communication via WhatsApp on entry and parking options. Beds were very comfortable, and we very much appreciated the welcome notes and essentials like washing powder and toiletries.

There were a few items in need of maintenance, but the host was very prompt to reply and correct them.
