Все було чудово. Квартира дуже затишна, в тихому районі, недалеко супермаркет. Дуже великим плюсом є приватна парковка і кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті. Хазяйка дуже привітна. Нам все сподобалось

Large private parking, stunning view from the balcony, quiet area, good restaurants nearby, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher

Using too many appliances in the kitchen may cause power outage (nothing critical, you just need to turn back the fuses)

La propreté des lieux et les équipements au top : lave vaisselle et lave linge ! Une place de parking réservée et sécurisée sur place. Un petit balcon côté cour, vue sur les jardins et les citronniers 🍋 Mais surtout l’accueil très chaleureux et amical des propriétaires, disposés à donner des infos sur les lieux à visiter ! Et de quoi se faire quelques cafés + petites douceurs d’accueil offertes par les propriétaires. Nous avons eu du retard à notre arrivée et ils ont été adorables et conciliants, encore merci 🙏🏼!

C’est une gêne minime car on n’y vit pas à l’année mais si on a le sommeil léger, on peut être gêné du bruit de la circulation. Côté couchage, le canapé convertible convient mieux pour des poids légers. Compter entre 18 et 20 min à pieds de la gare de La Spezia.

Sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind allerliebst. Obwohl es nahe am Zentrum ist, kann man parken. Die Küche ist modern. Es gibt einen Balkon. Der Ausblick ist schön. Im Garten steht ein Zitronenbaum. Die Schlafzimmer kann man abdunkeln.

"Apartamento ideal para visitar Cinque Terre"

El trato con los anfitriones fue fantástico. Nos dieron todo tipo de explicaciones y sugerencias. El apartamento está súper equipado y estuvimos como en casa. Algo muy importante es el parking que puedes entrar y salir sin problemas y sin horarios.

En la habitación de matrimonio se escuchaba un poco el ruido de la calle.
