Good location for visiting cinque terre. Kitchen was well equipped.

Bathroom could be updated, the apartment can be small if you stay there with 4 people and more than 3 days. There was noise from the neighbors in the staircase going up and down as well as from the street. 3rd floor without lift must be taken into consideration!

Location to train station and restaurants was very close. Apartment was of a good size and well equipped.

Felt the air conditioner in the main living area struggled a bit to cool area down.

Absolutely fabulous. Il Nido Centro is the best place to stay if you are in La Spezia. Close to the train station, just a few steps from super restaurants and bars. The apartment is just a stone's throw from the city centre and supermarkets. The apartment is bright, clean, spacious. Beds are really comfy. The host is very-very helpful, flexible and kind!

The location is amazing, as well as the host is very kind and flexible we were pretty happy with everything. I will stay there again if I can.

Location fantastic, size of property great for relaxing and comfort. Washing machine great as we did lots of walking.

No washing machine powder or tablets even 2 to assist with stays. Maybe some tissues. Overall great stay these are just extras that may help with comfort. I would also be ok to pay for laundry powder as only needed small amount in a welcome package that could be offered.

The property is just 400m away from train station , which is very easy to get there , there many groceries and restaurants nearby , apartment is so beatiful and cosy , would love to come back again .
