nice place. clean and close to train station. well equipped. comfortable and modern finishes.

There was a lot of noise. dogs barking in the building and noise from partygoers at night in the street. also lots of light from street. better blinds/drapes would help.

"Great flat in the heart of La Spezia."

Very bright and clean flat in a perfect location. Super friendly host, all experience from check-in to check-out went smooth. We loved the balcony.

The neighborhood wasn't very quiet, but this wasn’t an issue for us.
