Super central location but relatively quiet, well presented, outside space a bonus, sparkly clean with all towels and linen, well equipped for catering. Friendly and helpful owner.

There was a difficulty in getting the door to lock (the owner came to sort it out straight away) and the pull out sofa bed mattress was a bit thin.

Near all amenities double bed was very comfortable,bedding clean.Kitchen was clean and good

Pans etc need replacing ,bed settee was in bad condition.The back bedroom backed on to a bin area and I didn't feel safe to open the window

Other than having a travel cot and a high chair this apartment was not child friendly or child safe. Luckily we were only staying 2 nights and managed. The furniture is all glass and metal. The sofa is peeling off plastic leather, which my 11 month old daughter kept trying to pick off and eat meaning in order to sit down with my daughter I had to use a spare sheet to cover the sofa. There were multiple stains and makes on the walls as if the place had not been cleaned. The travel cots “mattress panel” was like wooden slats and needed another spare sheet folded up under the sheet bedding we had brought with us as it was rock hard. We also found a nail clipping in the bedding of our bed. It is not acceptable. Overall gross and disappointing, luckily the weather was nice and we made sure we spent all our time outside of the apartment. Broken (and crudely attempted to be glued) fire alarm. No extractor fan cover above the oven, oil dripping onto hops from extractor fan.

Fantastic location, comfy bed and good shower! The place was very clean and Phil was very helpful when we needed to contact him. Great for what we needed for our little family holiday.

There was a lot missing, so I suggest taking as much of your own stuff as you can (e.g non slip mat for in the bath, hairdryer, tea and coffee, a fan if it's hot, as the bedroom window is outside the deli bins who are up very early everyday, a blow up bed for a second bed as the sofa bed is too uncomfortable). There's no washing machine, the lock is difficult to get the knack of, TV has no streaming services, the dining set is a mix of different furnitures, bathroom extractor is broken so there's a slight smell of damp.

The appartment and the location are lovely .on arrival everything was perfect. The facilities were great in the kitchen. It's a stylish and spacious appartment and my kids loved it. They had the main bedroom and slept in the bedroom bed. Myself and my partner took the sofa bed ,this unfortunately was not comfortable, which is why I had to mark down the comfort. Perfect for anyone not using the sofa however. Though kitchen facilities and shower were amazing unfortunately the toilet was a bit of a nightmare. The water rises after flushing,it dosnt drain straight away and tissue then sits on the bottom, I had to remove it with a bag on my hand and ask the kids to put tissue in a bag instead of toilet. The key is also a little stiff though I couldn't sort it my partner got the hang of it. The upstairs neighbours were very loud after 11 which is the respected quiet time. A lot of noise at 3 am.above sitting room. Re parking, get ready to circle the block but if you get lucky it's very safe to leave the car. I do absolutely recommend this spot.its so central my kids loved it,it's big and clean ,just sort out plumbing issue and sofa bed and maybe the lock and it would be 10 out of 10

Mainly The smell of the flat, parking is free in the street but you will be lucky to find one

I love the location it is in a brilliant spot. The apartment was nice had everything you need to get by your time there! it was very clean and that what I want in a place where I stay.

Only issue was the door lock took us sometime get used to but once I hacked it I was okay. There also plug socket it the bedroom a little lose so didn’t use it just for safety reasons

Great location, apartment was clean. Very comfortable bed.

Could do with a more comfortable sofa in the living area for relaxing. There were no teaspoons, but other than that, all okay.
