Always clean. In an ideal place. Quiet yet right in the centre of shops hotels and the sea front and promenade. Our go to place everytime

The parking is always hit and miss but we always unload the car then find somewhere to park and the car stays there till we leave to go home.

It is a comfy little place with all you need for a few days away. Very central for what Llandudno has to offer.

A lamp in the living room would be a bonus as there is only a ceiling light and that was quite bright. We also could not get the tv to work.

The location was perfect and the owner was really helpful.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and there could do with another 2 seater sofa to relax in rather than dining chairs. The sofa bed instructions were not clear and the front door was very hard to lock from the inside but the owner sorted all that out.

Location was perfect.lovely garden at the front .Hope to stay again in the future.

location was great, Phil the owner helped us out with an emergency with the dog. Would stay again.
