The Snug Garden Apartment

The location is fantastic. Perfect for the pier and town. Spacious apartment. Everything you need for a few nights' stay. Well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, too. Extra pillows, etc. available in the bedroom. Well kept garden, clean throughout the apartment.

The sofa was extremely low and a little damaged, the TV could do with an upgrade and decent signal. A lamp in the living room would be great as the ceiling light is quite bright. Very noisy neighbours upstairs!

This apartment was very well presented it was well stocked with cleaning materials. The kitchen utensils where good and plenty pots & pans The linen was good and large towels The location was ideal literally close to shops & pubs We liked it that much we will be back next year

The seatee /sofabed ,could do with a update ,sagging in the middle making it uncomfortable to sit on ,and getting up

Location was perfect . Near to shops, promenade and cafes, restaurants. We park the car on Chapel street and dont move it till we go home.

Flat was perfect.

Heating not straightforward.

There was an issue with the cot requested but this was sorted out within 20 minutes with someone arriving with one, excellent service from the owner. Great location and had everything that was needed for a great stay.

The skirting boards and plug sockets could do with a clean as the dust is very thick. The bath plug doesn’t click down which made bathing 2 toddlers a little tricky.

Central heating didn't work, place was damp down walls and it smelt, cleaning mop stunk, and the place wasn't clean. Grill wasn't cleaned, and the front door lock needs attention struggled to lock it. Shower cold nob sticks so struggle to turn the temperature down
