The Snug Garden Apartment

Apartment is furnished to a high standard, very comfortable and a super location right in the centre, yet just off the main roads so nice and quiet. We booked the apartment for my elderly parents, they struggle with mobility and this was perfect for them.

Nothing. It was really excellent

I liked most things certainly the garden and size of the accommodation. The location was great

The sofa bed is really uncomfortable. The mattress needs replacing. The instructions for the sofa need amending There is no cover on the cooker hood

Very clean and well laid out. Good to have a garden for us and the dog to sit out in when the sun was shining. Handy for shops and the seafront. And a good price too. Just what we needed!

Had to ring the owner to help us with the key access system. The next day around the corner we found full instructions posted for their (selfsame) system but should also be on this front door too.

Everything, very dirty, looked like the same cloth had been used to clean the whole of the apartment! Back window in bedroom a hazard in an emergency as there's no escape because of all the rubbish dumped. The 'bed settee' was full of pet hair and a nightmare to pull out.

Location was very good. The heating was great very warm.

When entering the property the smell was shocking. Had to move the dirty mop outside. The floor area was not clean at all. Very bad black mold in the bed room area. Skirting boards was very dirty not been wiped down for a long time. Toilet seat was broken. Bed was only just staying together. Had to use lots of spray to keep the musty smell at bay. Some very nasty edges around the wall covers. Very dangerous for children. People up stairs very noisy with TV and walking about. Needs new kitchen units. Sofa was not the best very grubby. Was not happy with the amount of bleach ect under the sink. Very easy access for young kids if you are not watching them like a hawk. Please be aware of the above if you intend to take young children.
