The Snug Garden Apartment

The house was so clean and the owner did not at any time disturb us..Everything was in place. I also liked the sofa bed as i had come as a family. Location is just near the beach and train station..no complaints whatsoever. In a secure and safe area.nice front garden too.wifi worked well. Good space..

Just that the fridge had no freezer. I had to buy ice cubes for my beers.so if possible pls provide fridge with freezer

Location close to the high street and free parking streets nearby..

I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.The apartment is really in very bad shape. The kitchen facilities were in a dismal state - the cooker hood had no carbon filters so cannot be used, and the oven was burnt, making it unusable. Additionally, the utensils provided were greasy and clearly not cleaned properly. Overall, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness in the kitchen area severely impacted my stay, and I would not recommend this apartment to others until these issues are addressed. This apartment shouldn't even be allowed listed in booking.com. The sofa cum bed is not at all comfortable and really old and smelly. Real waste of money overall..

Cooked ourselves so good. Self catering. Plenty of places near by if you want to eat breakfast out. Sainsburys within walking distance to stock up on essentials. Larger supermarkets short drive away.

Cant say there was much to dislike. Regulating the central heating was tricky but didnt bother us too much. Wouldnt stop us having that break there.

Great location, spacious and warm flat, nicely decorated. Dog friendly which was also handy.

Would be improved even more if streaming services were available on the TV. Also the WiFi info was wrong, tho we did manage to resolve this easily.

We found the Snug Garden apartment clean and comfortable , it was central close to shops, Beach, and all amenities. Bed was comfortable, clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. There was plenty of room for couple and one child. There was also a small garden at the front of the property ideal to sit out in and let dog out. We will be booking again.

The apartment did look a bit tired, but as it is dog friendly we do understand why this might be . There were a few things we think could have helped improve the stay , hairdryer , lamp in the lounge, dog bowls, and small welcome pack, i.e., milk tea coffee .

Love the ideal location and the fact that I can take my dogs with me. So able to leave them for short periods of time. They loved the walks along the promenade too. Everything you need is within walking distance ie shops, cafes and restaurants. This was our 3rd stay and will book again.

Only the terrible weather storms etc but didn't stop us from liking the Snug . We just dodged the lighter showers.

The location of this flat is ideal for us for walks with the dogs, near enough to restaurants to eat out and be near enough to check on our dogs. Walking distance to shops and the Pier. We have booked for Christmas.

Parking is hit and miss but ww kept an eye on the situation and on the end managed to park outside.

Hard to get good connection for the TV which made it impossible to watch. Kitchen was not particulalry well equipped- few ordinary things such as a cafetiere missing and we had not bought instant coffee. Few things missing so cokking a meal required improvisation! Hard to adjust the shower to get water to heat up

Really good location, all ground floor. Big space if you've got a pushchair (I had a double long one and it was still great) really comfy bed, I didn't want to get up! Free WiFi too which came in handy! It's a lovely property.

Doesn't have a washer which would have come in handy, but saying that, there probably isn't space. The heating didn't work. Followed instructions like it said. Wasn't the cleanest I've stayed in. I cleaned everything before I left but couldn't get the stains and the cracks out etc.
