Carl met us on arrival, and shown us around, the apartment was lovely everything you needed and very clean, in a very good location, will return

Great location, reasonably priced, parking space only couple of minutes walk away, Carl was welcoming and helpful, the apartment was comfortable, lovely extras, eg tea, coffee, milk and especially the Prosecco. Would recommend.

Nothing to do with the property or the hosts, but there was lots of litter in the streets and no sign of street cleaners during the week we were there.

Carl is an amazing host, he was extremely welcoming and ensured the property was ready before our arrival. He had also reserved a parking spot which took away our parking worries. The location is amazing with just 2 minutes walk to tram station, piers and the best of restaurants.

Unfortunately we had a problem with the smell of urine on the cushions on sofa , and the rug in the bedroom. Contacted the owner and he sent cleaner the following morning to sort out problems. Cut our stay short

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and it was a little cold at night

Breakfast N/A Location was excellent. Very central and close to shops/restaurants. All on one level if any guests have limited mobility.
