The Thomas Suite

Location

Property was cold & tired. Flooring in place wasn't very safe. Toilet roll holder was hanging of the wall. Gate latch was hanging off.

We have visited Llandudno a number of times but this is the first time we have stayed in the Thomas Suite and it has by far been the best place we have stayed! Thank you to our wonderful host Carl who went above and beyond for us. We arrived much later than expected but Carl was very understanding and helpful. He showed us around the apartment which was spotless and even had tea, coffee and sugar waiting for us which was well needed after our long journey! The beds were super comfy so it was like home from home. Thanks so much Carl. We will be back again soon!

The location was good, close to seafront, restaurants, bars, shops.

The mattress was the worst I've ever known, the springs where pocking in our backs and sides so didn't get much sleep that week. The iron was burnt on the surface and the kitchen was falling apart.

Had all comforts of being at home

Location is excellent Met by owner handed over keys. Got our own parking space. Even left us prosecco and two glasses very nice. Fresh fruit...Tea coffee milk...

I know it's a old building but the apartment above does have squeaky floorboards every time someone moves. The floor onway to toilet is a bit wobbly

Firstly would like to highlight , what an Amazing host Carl was, he was a True gentleman, with a professional/ friendly welcoming, he showed me around the apartment, and where if needed extra heating etc was, The appointment was spotless, also was a bowel of fruit, milk in the fridge , also tea/ coffee / sugar , condiments S&P , there was nothing I could not of asked for that wasn’t their , a home from home experience, where are made to feel like family. The aroma of the beautiful Jasmine tree by the front door was a beautiful welcoming also, our stay was a brief one for 2 nights , with our 2 dogs, to maintain a memorial bench for my late mum/ dad, are very close to the shops & pier , and is a reserved carpark spec for the Appartment just around the corner, This I have to say, along with the lovely welcoming from Carl, is what I call a gem of Llandudno 💜

This is not a slight as there was nothing I can say about the apartment to be negative , this is down to personal preference, and own personal needs, I knew that it was a double bed, and it’s been a long time since myself & husband have slept on one, and again due to personal preference & health issues,,the bed was to small for us, a kingsize bed, or even 2 singles would fit perfect in the room, and plenty of room still to manoeuvre,

Great location, comfortable, great host.

Great location, just at the top of a main road with everything from bars, restaurants and shops, great size of apartment, loved the garden at front of property as was able to sit out in the nice weather, the host was very welcoming and we had everything we needed for a great stay
