Cool, comfortable, and quiet apartment that has thick walls (maybe not quite a meter), lots of space, and recently updated bath and electrical. Nicely decorated but not too many pretty things around to worry about breaking. Coffee and breakfast were good. Excellent homemade tart. Good location. Kind host who recommended restaurants. We enjoyed our weekend in L'Aquila.

The apartment is really big, comfortable, clean and stylishly decorated. The host is very accommodating, she exchanged the baby cot for another one (because our baby would have fallen out). The heating was working very well. Equipped with 3 TVs.

Communicating with the host was very difficult due to our limited Italian skills and the host's limited English skills. It is difficult to find a parking spot on the streets nearby; so it is important to reserve the parking on-site.

The apartment is in the center of L'Aquila, once you arrive you can walk around the center. The apartment is very well furnished and nicely designed, the beds were very comfy and there were 2 types of pillows one more soft one hard depending on your needs. There were a lot of details she payed attention to. The kitchen table was already set for breakfast, with plates, nice mugs, cutleries, several dry biscuits, jams, tea bags, and in the fridge there were several size of milk bottles depending how much you would consume during the stay, juices and there was a whole home made Abruzzese typical cake all for us 4, extremely delicious. There where coffee pods, they were also good. Roberta was available over whatsapp to help if we needed, she is a very radiant and nice person We had a great time there definitely recommended

The listing specifically stated on the bookings site that parking was available at this location and no reservation was needed. When we arrived, we were told that since we did not make a reservation, our parking space was given to another guest who had made a reservation and we'd have to find parking on the busy street (during the holiday season.) Also, the breakfast was displayed out on the kitchen table for our entire 4 night visit. The fruit was not fresh and the pastries were vacuumed packed :-/
