La Terrazza di Casarico

Lorenzo was a perfect host. He informed us about the region before our stay and told us what kind of car we would be more comfortable with. He gave detailed information about Lake Como and what he said was true. The view of the house was wonderful. The cleanliness of the house was nice. The kitchen and bathroom were useful. We felt at home in this house with our baby. The distance between the parking lot and the house was close, but since it was a hill, Lorenzo himself helped us carry our luggages. Thank you very much for everything. Lorenzo is truly a great host and local guide.

The apartment was very clean and nice with a great view of the lake. Lorenzo’s hospitality also made the stay great—he is so friendly and welcoming and just fun to talk to.

Because we had a larger car, we had to park a little further away. The parking was still included and Lorenzo drove us and our luggage up to the apartment. I don’t mean this as a complaint, it’s just a fact of how things are in Italy with a larger car. :)

Lorenzo the host made this the most perfect holiday, nothing too much trouble, the most outstanding host ever, like a 5 star concierge, book here you will not be disappointed! Oh and the view and apartment sensational and the view!! Sublime! A piece of our hearts forever ❤️

A wonderful apartment, comfortable, well appointed and Oh! those views, skies and the location at the end of a steep winding lane exceeded expectation! So peaceful tucked up high! Such friendly and helpful hosts. Lorenzo met us in the village to assist parking our car and transport our luggage up to the apartment. As our car is long and low we weren't able to use the designated parking space near to the property but, with Lorenzo's help and offer of himself as 'taxi' this wasn't a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and night time walks up and down to the village taking in the local life and atmosphere. Facilities and great restaurants in Moltrasio all walkable (for those able) but, the buzz of Como and its surrounds is easily accessible by car or boat. Or...just sit and watch The Lake 'go by' from the apartment or terrace!

Lorenzo, the host is absolutely wonderful, very communicative, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The apartment is newly furnished with everything you need, spotless and so quiet. The view is amazing.

We were so awed by this beautiful village and location overlooking Como Lake. And to match the beauty of the surroundings, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Lorenzo, our host was amazing. With a warm welcome, excellent service, he assisted with everything we needed and more. I would like to commend Lorenzo for making our stay a very memorable and comfortable one and highly recommend La Terrazza di Casarico. Thank you once again for such an amazing stay!

Great view, extremely clean apartment and very well equipped. The location is great, quiet and peaceful. The host is nice and helpful, he recommended us a lot of cool places to visit. Best apartment we have slept in so far.
