La Terrazza di Casarico

Lorenzo was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. He was gracious with his time and has a comprehensive understanding of the geography and history of Lake Como, giving valuable insights of the region. Not to mention that the apartment is clean, relaxing and has all of the amenities you need. Plus the view is spectacular. We loved our stay and could not recommend his property more highly.

La Terrazza di Casarico is located in Moltrasio–a beautiful and non touristic part of Lake Como. The views are absolutely spectacular and the apartment is super modern and very clean. We loved staying here to take in the wonderful views of Lake Como. There are wonderful and authentic restaurants near by. Our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to Lorenzo. He made us feel very comfortable and welcome, giving us all the best tips and guidance during our stay in Lake Como. We cannot thank Lorenzo enough. We look forward to returning to Moltrasio some day and staying here again. The only thing we would do differently is hire a small car next time to allow us to zip around Como as needed. Highly recommend staying at La Terrazza di Casarico!

I appreciated the effort Lorenzo put into making sure every corner of the holiday home was immaculate and inviting. It's clear that you genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of his guests. Lorenzo's thoughtfulness in providing all the necessary amenities and those thoughtful extra touches like local recommendations and a welcome basket truly made this experience unforgettable. The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings allowed me to unwind and recharge in a way that only a truly special place can offer. We leave with a heart full of cherished memories and a deep appreciation for the hospitality. Thank you once again for sharing your holiday home with us. It's been an absolute pleasure, and I'm already looking forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

Just the parking space is very challenging BUT again Lorenzo stayed all the time around to make sure we found parking places every day.

Lorenzo was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble. He was very welcoming meeting us at the station to help us get us to the apartment and was more than happy to provide lifts if we needed. The views from the terrace were amazing. The apartment was clean and well presented.

Lorenzo has put lots of effort and care into his apartment. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Wonderful views. Great deck. He is super helpful but respectful of a guests space. Very central area and we loved the village and ferry to everywhere.

You need a car for sure. But wasn’t a problem as we had one.

Everything. We have only the best words about Lorenzo and his accommodation. The apartment is proper for a couple or a family of max. 4, clean, bright, with all necessary amenities. The views from the windows and terrace are absolutely amazing. Lorenzo was the nicest host we could have.
