The host is very welcoming.

The flooring is too noisy and the couch is too old now.

We stayed at Hi Loft Living BnB while my son was in hospital, and it was exactly what our family needed during a difficult time. From the moment we arrived, the owners were kind, welcoming, and caring. They even offered to assist us with transport to the BnB, which meant so much to us. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast, and the peaceful atmosphere helped us rest and recharge. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you to this wonderful family for your warmth and hospitality. Excellent service, great value for money, and highly recommended.

Nothing I didn't like

Nothing Nothing and nothing at all!!!!!!!so dissapointed

Upon arrival i had to constantly tell the owner that i am close by only to find that there were not in the establishment well no problem i arrived there and “Checked in” when i was shown my room/loft i had to climb a flieght of stairs which were super flimsy and unstable when i get into the room the bed was medocre(old comfort worn out pinkish colour ) i proceeded to the bathroom the laundry basket was worn out with holes in it and just when i phantomed that i open the TV no wifi no Netfilx,showmax etc as advertised i call the owner and she was like “there is no wifi at the moment we are sorry about that” 😳😳😳😳but why wait for us to mae a booking in prder to tell your guests that what if i was here for work/zoom meeting?????, the host further proceeded to saying “i was told that you are booking for two people and i was told you came with three” astonished as i am i was like that person is leaving but i am so worried that you are focused on the number of guests instead of fixing issues in your accomodation i just went off!!!!i told the lady who is the house keeper to give me my money back on the ultimatum that if you do not give me my cash back as demanded i will leave with anything amounting to my booking fee. The housekeeper went sure to look for my booking money as i was fustrated she went to look for cash. When i was to leave livid as i was a muslim lady comes to my car with so much attitude and says that the owner is on their way and my “behaviour is uncalled for” granted i was angry and demanding my money back because of the dissapointment i snapped we exchanged wprds only then my booking refund was given to me!!!!! When i called people around the same neighbohood thanked me for retaliating as the place is said to have wandering spirits
