The host was very nice and welcoming. We arrived after 22h00 due to traffic with my husband . When I called him panicking. He said we must not rush, safety is important, He will wait for us...I will definitely book again when I come to Newcastle. Thank you Doc

Cleanliness and the location was quiet The apartment is very big and spacious Staff was friendly though we saw her only on arrival as well as the owner

The bedding was worn out very old not good for use especially as a guest. In their rules room service was not mentioned if they don't do it neither they didn't tell us but when we came back the room was in the state we left it. Booking included breakfast but we were only served breakfast for one day just to mention One jumbo muffin cut into half cereal without sufficient milk which was a bit sour in the morning we couldn't even use it for tea and 4 small danone small fruit juice and a small packet of biscuits (4) checking that u could detect was for one day. Then the starecase to the to the apartment is a bit hazardous as is the gaps r a bit bigger then there's I don't know weather is it owls or chickens maybe in a cage m not sure between 3 and 5am makes a lot of disturbing noise On departure we were not not sure how to leave the key and to go out as it's remote controlled since they didn't tell us on arrival It's a very nice place for me if these minor things r fixed I'm definitely willing to book it since I frequently travel to NN Thank u
