Because of the situation as below, I was refunded for the entire cost of my alternative accommodation. This was really nice.

When I arrived, there was nobody on the premises. Despite numerous calls, nobody answered. I had to seek alternative accommodation.

"Happy Loft stay"

It was cozy with a kind of inside a Ship cabin feel which my kids and I really enjoyed. The loft also had the general items like microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, gas stove (really nice), and an AC which made it very easy to self cater. I could cook stuff and store things in the fridge. There's was a decent sized TV that had DSTV which was cool.
