What I didn’t like that there were a bunch of sketchy people doing drugs outside of the building door.

location

code was wrong, then it didn't work that night; hot water was super-sluggish; even though Andre told me it would take "a couple of minutes" to kick in, it took almost 5 minutes; HBO didn't work; I did not realize it would be a basement apartment; noisy at night
