Один раз отключали электричество с 04.00 до 16.00 (ни света, ни кондиционера, ни чайника...), бассейн и тренажёрный зал относятся к отелю и они платные

Excellent apartments with a wonderful location. The host is very kind and responsive. Highly recommended for your stay!

Everything! Marvelous view and perfect location — right in the center, on the first line. Very comfortable apartments with almost everything you might need (though unfortunately, the toaster didn’t work). Also, very clean — it’s rare to find this level of cleanliness in this region.

Nothing major to complain about. I could only suggest adding an oven. There is a washing machine, but no dryer — and in this humidity, it’s quite difficult to dry clothes without one. The pool was under renovation, so we couldn’t use it. It’s also unclear whether the pool is exclusively for hotel guests, or if it’s accessible to other residents of the building as well.

حقا أن خجل من صاحبه العقار 🫣 صاحبة العقار كلنت مهذبه جدا عند وصولنا حاولنا الدفع في المكتب المجاور ولكن جهاز الدفع كان معطلا وتم تسليمنا مفتاح الشقة بدون الدفع وطلبت منا القدوم مجددا للدفع بوقت آخر عندما قدمنا بالليل مرة اخرى للدفع كان جهاز الدفع لا يزال معطلا ولم يكن لديها اي مشكلة وطلبت منا الدفع غدا والاستمتاع باقامتنا حاليا ، وبالفعل قمنا بالدفع اليوم التالي بعد الوصول بعد اصلاح جهاز الدفع كنت مستعجلا للحاق برحلتي في المطار ونسيت وضع مفتاح الشقة لدى الاستقبال ولم انتبه لذلك الا بعد وصولي للمطار والعثور على مفتاح الشقة بجيبي 😓 وبعد التواصل معه منت متوقع ردا غليظا ولكن كانت على العكس جدا هادئة ولم تعر الموضوع أي أهمية وطلبت بكل بساطة ابقاء المفتاح لدى احد الموظفين او المحلات الموجودة للمطار وسيقوم سائقوها لاحقا بالقدوم للمطار واستلام المفاتيح وطلبت منا عدم الاهتمام بما حصل والاستمتاع بسفرنا فقط 🤗

Everything was good. The location is perfect. Right in front of the beach. The sea view is perfect. Everithing is clean and nice. The owner is kind and polite. There are a lot of cafes around. I would recommend this apartment.

Unfortunetaly the swimming pool was under repair. so we didn't use. And the elevators are too slow.

The apartment was clean and in a good shape. The locations was very good.

It is a very tall buildning and lots of residents, so there is a lot of waiting for going up or down.

The air conditioner in the small room does not operate stably

Convenient beachfront location. Initially booked for 2 days and extended for another week of stay. Perfect for families. All kitchen appliances in place for you to prepare your own meal. Not noisy - 39th floor.
