Nomad Apartment

Location and view very good. Modern furnishing.

The lifts in this building is very slow and /or out of order. At one stage only one lift worked for the complete building which was very slow.

10 day stay. This ocean view apartment was perfect for my needs. It was very clean and had everything I would need for an extended stay: fully functional kitchen, comfortable bed, washing machine, daily housekeeping. The apartment I stayed in was on the 36th floor and had a beautiful view. The host, Ms. Ngoc Bui, is absolutely wonderful!! She checked on me to find out if I needed anything. She also arranged my transportation from and to the airport, and even arranged transportation for a side-trip that I took during my stay. There is security on the premises, so when I left for my side-trip out of the area, I felt safe and secure to leave my personal belongings in the apartment. Directly across the street from the beach. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Great location, easy access to many attractions and to the airport. Right outside of the lobby there is a small convenience store that sells water, beverages, snacks, etc. There are 3 elevators. During my stay in November/December, the elevators were working fairly well. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get one.

Location was great, right on the beachfront. AWESOME VIEW from the apartment. We were on the 22nd floor, so when you’re just at the dining table eating or doing work and look out the big glass windows, it’s just ocean. Just awesome. Winmart grocery store is a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The place itself is very spacious and well maintained. Had everything we needed for a 2-week stay. The property managers were always helpful and responsive. a pleasure to interact with. We noticed the living room AC was not cooling, and within the day they got it fixed. Great team.

This is not at all to dock points off, we were fine with these minor setbacks, but just to let people know what to expect: The elevators were not too slow, but they were warm. No AC or any real ventilation, but totally bearable. Not a big deal. There is a smoking area just outside the lobby where guests/residents and workers regularly smoke. If you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke, wear your masks. Honestly it was not bad, but just trying to help set expectations.
