Apartment 5 is spacious and was easy to keep warm. It's pretty well equipped and the furnishings are of good quality. Private, off-road parking is a huge asset.

It was located above a busy and noisy town junction on the A61. With 36 steps to climb, which I don't remember being evident from the advert, it was difficult for my wife to access as she has limited mobility. Trudging up several times with luggage was no joke at all. Windows in the lounge were grubby on the inside (children's finger marks?), wifi was very slow and made streaming TV difficult at times. The beds were not changed as had been promised. Extractor fans in the bathroom and en-suite didn't work.

Excellent location, well equiped kitchen. comfortable beds. very near to good restuarants.

No bath mats in shower or bath. Hand rail would be good to get out of bath/shower. Tap in basin of ensuite too large for basin ,so water splashed on to floor. No hand rail on the first flight of stairs or on stairs to front door which are quite narrow. No free toileteries as was advertised on Booking .com

Beautiful and bright it felt really light and airy. Modern facilities and two bathrooms so that was great 👍 also in a great area lots of bars and restaurants close by .

There was a horrible smell of drains in the en-suite bathroom. I didn’t knock off any points as it did go once the shower and sink in the en-suite were run hot. Maybe get some drain cleaner down .

Very nicely fitted out apartment, comfortable beds and in a great location, with the added bonus of a parking spot.

Could have been cleaner, one of the bedroom carpets was covered in black hair and a dirty frying pan was left in the kitchen. Also one of the living room radiators was hanging precariously from the wall.

Nothing really, although one of the radiators in the lounge was not working, and really could do with some oven gloves

Perfect central location-easy to access restaurants , pubs etc

The towel rail heater burnt your shoulder if you sat on the toilet and the en-suite sink tap needed very careful handling to prevent spraying water everywhere
