The property was quite spacious and sat in a very convenient part of town that made all shops, restaurants and cafes close by.

While I booked this place for it’s high cleanliness reviews, I found that the flat was not cleaned to a professional standard. In one of the bedside cabinets there were dirty tissues and what looked to be a cigarette butt. When walking around the house barefoot I also noticed that my feet would get dirty. Finally the couch and the blankets covering it were definitely not clean as I found stains on the latter, and my body would get itchy after I getting up from the couch so I just stopped using it. I tried to leave the house in a condition that was cleaner than how I received it. I washed all the sheets and towels, and tried to use the hoover to clean the floors. However, the hoover does not work and that led me to staying an hour after the check out time and missing my train. I would also like to comment on the fact that the key box was so stiff and hard to access, and was definitely an inconvenience when I arrived late at night. Furthermore, on the day I was meant to leave the flat, I got a message from the management accusing me of keeping a pet, which in all honesty I was not trying to hide at all. In fact (and as i told them in my message), I chose this place for being pet friendly. However, alongside their message I also get automatically charged (with no prior request of confirmation) with certain pet-related fees. When I questioned them, they said that the site asks me to declare this information, which when I checked again I found to be true. And while I appreciate this, I was not comfortable knowing that they automatically charged me with fees prior to explaining or at least sharing this information with me via email. To sum up, it was their communication style and dismissive undertone that made it difficult to feel comfortable. It was not the customer service that I was expecting. Last thing I want to say is that although the flat is in the ideal location, it was nonetheless noisy.

The location was so central. Parking on site and a fantastic space which was very well designed.

Severe smell of drains in the shower bathroom. No heating or hot water on one afternoon. Had to boil pans of water to wash.
