The Location,the view , the property itself is wonderful. The hospitality from the Owner “Ray” to the cleaning crew “Jessica” & Husband were wonderful hospitable and inviting and very helpful for our stay . Ray is a wonderful owner ,anything we called we needed he was quick to answer and respond to his phone .We have been coming to Oceanside for the past 11yrs and this is the first time we stayed at this property and we loved it so much that will be coming back to stay again and bringing the rest of our family as well.

Close to ocean

The assigned parking for top unit right in front of our view in lower unit. The property has such a nice view.. parking over all should be assigned somehow to keep best views for both units!!

Loved it and the hosts were very helpful. I will say as a cook you had no cutting board. It needed foil and Saran Wrap. We had some problems with the kitchen sink but it worked out. Kitchen needs a few more things for cooking.

Absolutely awesome little place, and the staff too from the owner to the awesome guy doing the groundwork... Listening to the waves as you go to sleep is an extra bonus too 👌🏼👌🏼💤🛌

We love the location to the Strand!

The photos do it way more justice. There isn’t really any love poured into the property. Minimum work to make a profit, especially when it comes to the details of the home.
