White Castle villa

Удобное местоположение, близко к пляжу, рядом стоянка (можно и внутри поставить машину), хорошая вилла. Мы жили на первом этаже в трех комнатах. Все работает. Бассейн есть, вода свежая, рядом лежаки

Idéalement situé, grande piscine, grand appartement, propre, tout est fonctionnel. Grande terrasse au 1er étage. Au calme. 2eme fois dans cette villa et pas la dernière c'est sûr !

Location was astonishing. Not far from beach, markets. Calm and quiete street. Outside of apartment house was nice and clean. Swimming pool nice and clean. Parking slot in the yard.

Extremely dirty in the apartment. Dust everywhere, dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty surfaces in the kitchen, in the bathroom. I mean a lot of dust and dead bugs in every single room. Air conditioning full of bugs. Not clean at all. There were broken floors and broken furniture in the rooms. The washing machine was dirty and moldy. Dishwasher not working.

We had a great time at the White Castle Villa, the apartment was spacious, the terrace was nice and large. The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay, the water temperature was good and we could swim and have a good time. The beach is close, it is a 5 minutes walk, and there is a small market just around the corner. The bus station is also very close.

Some maintenance is required here and there, shower drain was clogged, some of the door handles were out of place. Cleaning should be done more properly!! A coffee machine would be nice.

This villa is very conveniently located only a few minutes walk and a short drive away from (what we rated as) the nicest beaches in Mauritius. Pretty good choice of affordable and good quality restaurants and a big grocery shop also a few steps away. We were lucky enough to have the whole villa to ourselves during our whole stay so fully enjoyed the pool area, which was a blessing in the heat of the early afternoons. The kitchen is very well-equipped with cookware but you may still need to get little extras such as the coffee filters yourself.

Prepare for the mosquitoes - the villa has some helpful tools but stock up on the spray. There may be some power cuts in the rainy season but they self-resolve within a few hours. Gladly, ours were during the early morning and day.
