Arctic Aurora City Suite

The apartment was clean, very comfortable and close to everything, 4 minutes walk to museums. It has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom etc. The host was extremely friendly and we used the extra shuttle there and back, with luggage drop off which was very convenient.

Nothing, couldn't recommend enough

The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent - short walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. Short drive from many other amenities/activities.

I would love to give the apartment full marks but unfortunately our arrival at the property was quite stressful. When we arrived at the property, the code would not work to get access to the apartment. It took us almost an hour to get through to the host/agent before we could rectify the situation. During this time, we couldn't park our car away anywhere (as had to get into the apartment to get access to parking spot) and got confronted quite agressively by a resident when we were sitting in our car outside the building trying to get through to the host. So not the best start to a trip, especially when you are tired and hungry after a long journey. On a plus, when we did finally get through to the host, they offered genuine apologies for a mistake at their end and were very responsive after this. Everything went smoothly for there on in.

It’s proximity to the city centre. The availability of all the basic facilities. A sauna and overall a very comfortable stay.

The electronic door instructions were easy to use&Worked as expected

Garage door was not straightforward to open, printed instructions in the apartment or pictures would work better.
