Clean, you feel like in your own flat, which takes away the excitement of being in the hotel. It was clean and pretty. Bathroom floors were heated!

Couldn’t figure out the sauna. Booking advertised the paid transfer was included or a shuttle and then it wasn’t. This put it to a bad start. The whole how we get into the door was stressful at first - it comes with long instructions and these are actually really simple. Also they said we can get in earlier, then they kept sending messages that checking was at 4pm. The messages back and forth were exhausting. We couldn’t get a taxi etc, it was 15 min from town centre. We prefer hotels from now on. At least we know-never again.

"Spotlessly clean apartment"

The apartment is beautifully furnished and has all the necessary kitchen equipment. It's spotlessly clean throughout. There is a little sauna for 2, which is a great bonus. Communication with the host was great, with detailed information provided.

Bed is on the soft side.

Host is super nice and thoughtfull. She set up the apartment beautifully. It is a big plus point that we have a slot in the basement parking so no worry about thick snow outdoor. Sauna in apartment is also a plus point. Good location. We could not ask for more
