Great clean place and felt very safe. Great communication from the host.

Pay attention to which apartment you book. I didn’t realize I had booked a fourth-floor unit and I was miserable going in and out, especially if you hate stairs like I do. It was a nightmare getting all my luggage up and down.

Very confortable, beautiful views, spacious, has everything

It’s on the 4th floor and doesn’t have elevator, the bathroom curtains don’t stop the water well, it would be cool to have a stove, but these are just details, the place is amazing

Proximity to Balboa Park.

Needs a fresh paint job. And you need to warn guests about the airplane noise although the apartment is well soundproofed.

I did not see any mention that there was no elevator! I was on the 5th floor and small stairs. It was impossible for me so I had to rebook another hotel. I did not like at all the place, fences everywhere and pictures were nicer than actual location

The apartment is roomy and light

The area isn't great, very dark, not much to do at night. It didn't feel great to walk alone in the area after dark. No restaurants or shops around. There is only 1 washing machine for the whole building, not in the unit. And you need to pay.
