Location was pretty good, accessible and easy to get to. I did not appreciate the 1980’s sofa or the streaming service on the TV that was not supported by consistent WIFI, and could not stay connected for more than 2 minutes. Also, 2 people for 4 days were given 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and a hand towel. And no replacements or options for more. But they did have a pay for it laundry room available.

The description of the facility is lacking when searching. This is 5 floors up with no elevator (not good for people with arthritis) and there is no support from the facility even though their bot makes you believe somebody is on site.

Good location for exploring San Diego, although the immediate area around the apartment building is not the most welcoming.

Apartment is up 5 flights of steep stairs. Apartment is quite run down with broken blinds, scuffs and marks all over the walls and floors. Very loud neighbours and lots of “activity” through the night outside the CVS out the window. Free parking is difficult with street parking timings and parking isn’t included at the apartment

The space is pretty good. The locations is pretty convenient. Easy to find parking. Proximity to Balboa Park. The airport and downtown was great.

I don’t blame the property, but the city of San Diego has good pockets and bad pockets. I wouldn’t stay there as a family because of the street life.

The bed was very comfortable. And the location was perfect for my needs, across the street from Balboa Park. Also, great casual dining options nearby - shout out to The Balboa Bar & Grill!
