The Most Beautiful Bay View from 1 Bedroom Apt

The majority of the room was clean. The apartment was a good size. Water provided.

The staff did not know about the different meter charges for parking. There is no guaranteed free parking. The area is not safe to walk around at night so we had to get a lot of Ubers. The view of the bay is mostly a view of a roof and the CVS pharmacy. There are many, many stairs with no elevator to your apartment. There were some dirty tissues left on the side. The facilities for an "apartment" are so basic, you can't cook anything. The front gate was never closed despite having a code so it didn't feel like a safe apartment. The welcome message has far too many codes and detail in that don't make sense. The furniture was quite stained and dated. Overall not value for money and would not recommend.

The furniture was a little dirty. Despite the services they offered on booking.com, the host DID NOT provide free parking. After you booked the room with free parking, you get the message: you can park on the street, where there are some free places OR you can buy a place from the host in the garage for S20/day. If you don't find a free place on the street, you have to pay for it. It is an unfair business practice.

Spacious accommodation and it felt safe

The dishes were not clean and I had to wash them. Bed linen had stains however the staff quickly replaced them which was great but they blamed the cleaners and questioned if they were dirty at first.

The manger on premises was very helpful and friendly.

It was directly under a flight path. We were not aware of that when booking. They did provide ear plugs which was helpful. Luckily no flights during the night.

Location was great! Was easy to get around
