The housekeeping guy was so rude, I will never stay again here.

The apartment was comfortable and roomy. Its location opposite Balboa Park where the San Diego Zoo is located-amongst many other attractions, and proximity to good bars and restaurants, all within a 15 minute walk, was a real plus.

The apartment was located up several flights of stairs, with no lift available. As we had heavy luggage, that was a MAJOR drawback! Unfortunately, the orientation of the apartment was west, so it became very hot in the afternoon, and stayed that way for some time.

Location was great!

it was close to the beach. Mission Beach is also minutes away.

very secure, and was met with a helpful staff member.

Beautiful room! Great location! There was soap and utensils.

The communication through email was slow.

Location was perfect as it was easy to get to the sights of San Diego.

It states that parking is free, but is not. there is a 20.00 per day to use the parking garage of the location. Street parking might be hard to find it you do not get there early.

The room is better than my expectations! It is modern and well furnished. The cleaning is satisfying! It is quiet and comfortable. Fir has been helpful during the whole process. The location is perfect: right next to the Balboa Park and 15mins walk from Gaslamp quarter, perfect for tourists. There is a CVS store right next to the building, super convenient. I will come back and stay next time when I am in San Diego.
