The Most Beautiful Bay View from 1 Bedroom Apt

It was nice to have the facilities of the kitchen and a sitting room for a couple of nights.

I didn't like the stairs to our apartment on the top floor and there was no lift.

The location is good- next to Balboa Park and close to many attractions. We were able to get street parking easily, so we didn't have to pay the extra $20 per night for the private parking at the building. We had already reserved parking with the host, but we cancelled it and he didn't charge us for parking. There are homeless people nearby, but no problems during our 6 night stay. The apartment is clean which is always a relief. The bed was comfortable and WiFi quality was good.

There is NO elevator in the building- I never saw this on the property description. We had to carry our bags up 4 flights of narrow stairs. I only found out about it the morning of our arrival when we received the lengthy message with door codes (too many of them) and the mention of no elevator. By that point, it's obviously too late to change anything- we'd already been charged. It really isn't fair to hide this important information until the day we arrive. There is no actual kitchen in this apartment, so if you want to cook anything, DON'T stay here. When you read "apartment", you think there is going to be a way to at least cook breakfast- but there isn't. There is a microwave, small fridge, small sink, (too small to put a dinner plate down flat) and glassware, cutlery, plates/bowls. Noise- so, there are planes coming in for landing right over the apartment, which creates significant noise, but at least that stops overnight. Some nights, the place was quiet, other nights it was very loud- TV noise, people's conversations- literally, woke me up in the middle of the night. Also, the title "The Most Beautiful Bay View" is not accurate- the majority of our view is the CVS across the street with the homeless people and the 24 hour police camera. The building itself is not appealing looking. It's not cheap to stay here and overall, my stay here was disappointing.

Not notified until the day of arrival - no elevator to get to the 5th floor, no parking on the street - had to pay $20 to park in their garage, and if you like big loud planes going overhead constantly and hear homeless people screaming - this is your place.

Very nice Apartment and location but before you come to the room you need to ckeck out an endless text before you understand how to enter into that room. You have 3 different doors with 3 different codes, its a little bit annoying. Difficult Check in.

Flat was clean and well kept

if you want a wink of slew, don’t stay here. loud thumping music was played until 3:30am.
