Spacious Guest Suite Amazing Location

The location is amazing. Downtown is 4 mins away. It is super convenient if you want to go and enjoy the place, you can just call an uber which is no more 9 dlls and avoid the horrible traffic and dealing with the parking in downtown.

Since the property doesn’t have reserved parking spot, sometimes you have to park a little far. The good thing is that there are so many places where to park if you arrive a little late in the night. In other words it may be a little far but you will find places where to park your vehicle.

Perfect location!!

The noise from planes was super loud. Each 5 minutes it was one of them landing. The street was not illuminated at all. There was no privacy in the apartment. The bathtub is open and close to the bed. Same with hand basin. The only door that has the apartment is front door and another one for WC. Just one small wardrobe for clothes and door doesn’t open properly. It is nice for 2 people and kinds. Not recommended for 2 couples unless you are family. Short stays.

walk to Little Italy past homeless camp

Just a living room with an open Floorplan to the bedroom with a very small bed. Dorm style living. No privacy. Not recommended. Maintenance issues: The bedroom has water damage in the ceiling possibly MOLD building!!! Stairs up to unit old, cracked, and not enough lights. No cable bring your Netflix log-ins. Keurig coffee maker no instructions and 2 small coffee bags for 3 booked guests for your stay. Bring your own. Towels for 2 only. You read about airplanes 100 plus a day 6 am to close to midnight. You can almost touch them! 3rd and 4th person bed sheets are not recommended to use, bring your own! No heat or A/C in the bedroom! Street parking is hard to find unless close to a homeless camp towards "Little Italy ". The security gate does not lock. The key entry needs light. Multiple rodent traps? Impossible parking situation residents don't move their cars. Park close to the homeless camp or up the street - meter parking. Check out at 10 am! 1st bedroom and 2nd bedroom - advertising FRAUD!

The bathtub became clogged and made a puddle. There is no privacy between the bed and the bathtub. The place is so expensive taking into account the apartment.

Comfortable bed and good location for free parking

It is better in pictures than in reality. The toilet and bathtub had some insects inside. And there was not any mention about that flights are passing over the house every 10 minutes so it is annoying to stay there during the day.

We stayed a week with 2 kids. We liked the spacious room and the locality. Access information, location, spacious, facilities were great.

All the airplanes go right over the property and is noisy, particularly for the first night. Better to use a ear plug for that.

Good location, utensils to cook

Plane noises can be loud at times.

There was enough space for me and my guest!! There is an oven fridge and microwave so those three things came in handy. The place also came with its own condiments and pots and pans so that really came in handy when we cooked. I like the patio and the wooden style of the apartment it is so beautiful inside and out

My only complaint was that the trash in the back of house in the black bin and the gardening green bin should have been dumped because both of those bins were full and it brought down the value and beauty of the apartment. I also feel like the owner should have provided more toilet paper for me and my guest we only had two rows.
