Location with easy access to the highway or a walking distance to downtown. Excellent contact with the host. Parking nearby. Two big bedrooms with wardrobes and comfortable beds.

When cooking the breaker circuit is shutting off because it is dragging high demand of electricity from the hob or the breaker is too small for the circuit. Example: you cannot switch on the hob and the oven at the same time, or a hair dryer and the hob or any other combinations. Things to check and fix, but it doesn't impact our stay.

Everything La Laguna at Christmas is lovely

Good location for La Laguna. Clean and spacious apartment.

Car parking was a short walk from the property (5mins) and was extra charge

Nice, large, cosy and comfortable apartment close to the La Laguna city center and the airport. All amenities were provided by the host, there was also a welcoming bottle of Spanish wine provided.

Sometimes, it may be a hustle finding a parking spot on the streets, but that is something normal for Tenerife. No paper in the toilet is something we are not used to, but is frequent on the islands. There is a construction site just next to the apartment house and it can be a bit noisy sometimes.

Everything. The apartment was very clean, with several great details, quiet, in a great location. The host was always very kind and responsive.

The host was responding to our queries via WhatsApp instantaneously and also very helpful.

The location is very convenient - near to bus terminal, tram stop, La Laguna center, university. The street is quiet, as well as whole house. So not good place to make a party ;-) The flat is tastefully equiped, you feel like home! All small details are here in the kitchen and in the bath. Nice terrace on the top to sit and relax! The host is very nice, caring but not intrusive. She helped me for ex. to arrange taxi for my early flight.

If you come with rented car, there might be a problem to find a parking place as you are near the centre.

Nice comfy apartment with 3 separate room. Apartment well maintained.

Bit cold weather (March) and rooms, but heather was available.
